Here, our talented chefs produce delicious classics as well as traditional Swiss and Bernese specialities. Following the precepts of the “Slow Food” movement, we only use fresh, good quality, regional produce. Our food is always seasonal and free from additives and we do not use pre-prepared items.

You will find a large variety of Swiss wines in our wine list as well as a selection of wines from all over Europe.

 

The Gaststube

Friendly and informal, a great place to drop in any time. Why not take a break from the office and enjoy a quick coffee, or even lunch with friends? Join us for an after-work drink with your colleagues and maybe dinner too. We've got a great menu to choose from and seating capacity for 70-80 guests.

 

The Bistro

Right in the heart of Bern, near the Parlament and with easy access to the station, The Bistro is a convenient and delicious option for holding a business lunch or dinner. We offer fast service in tasteful surroundings, wine by the glass, as well as Wi-fi access and multi-lingual staff.

The Bistro's extensive seating capacity (40-50 guests) also makes it ideal for hosting company events or special occasions. Please contact us for details. 

 

The Cheminée Stübli

This recently renovated, cosy dining area, featuring a traditional log fire, is a wonderfully romantic setting for a candlelight meal for two. It is also a more formal option for that important business dinner.  You can reserve the whole space (seating capacity of 25-30) or just a few tables. Choose from our selection of special menus or have one tailored to your requirements, for that perfect occasion.

The Wine cellar

Situated in the original, fully renovated wine cellar dating from 1800 - this is a marvellously atmospheric place to hold a party or enjoy a drink and a selection of our home-made appetizers. The Wine Cellar holds up to 30 standing guests and is available by reservation only.

The Hirschengraben Park

Under the shade of the old chestnut trees in the square opposite, our terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy summer in the city. Watch the world go by while you sip a drink and enjoy delicious barbequed food, fresh from the grill; vegetarian options and salads are available. You can also sample something from our menu or try one of our daily specials.
